Today was the first day of the new diet plan. I am eating like a body builder, just slightly less protein in my meals, but I’m supplementing a lot of protein. Anyways, things are off to a good start. Went grocery shopping
Bought a bunch of food. Chicken, Broccoli, Carrots, Oranges, Kiwi’s, Celery, Greek Yogurt, string cheese and I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but I will be making my meals for the week now. Workout Knocked out!
So tonight I did my own workout that I put together for myself. I did 40 minutes including the stretching and warmup. All I had equipment wise was 1 stability ball, two 20LBS dumbbells and a 25LBS kettlebell. I was dripping in sweat afterwards and hit that euphoria moment when the pain and fatigue just vanished and I was able to knock out a few more sets. I did two rounds to exhaustion both...
Knocked one out. They are seriously quick. I’m talking like 10 minutes. Built up a good sweat, did a quick stretch now time to study. Will be knocking out a real workout this evening. And the my relaunch of my site should be happening tonight as well! Yay.

So I am almost ready to do a soft launch of the new LargetoinCharge.com. Currently my domain points to my Beachbody website. But since I am trying to really push my personal training, I want to separate a bit. I am still going to have links to my bb account, but my main focus is going to be for clients and to pimp myself. Just did a quick weight set, nothing too over bearing. I would be ashamed of my 10 minute set, except I am pouring sweat from it. Using a stability ball for a weight bench also gets your whole body involved. I only worked upper body, but my legs are on fire!. Love it. Last bad meal
of the weekend. Had some Mexican food. It was yummy. But the calories really wasn’t worth it. I feel good though, so that’s a plus. My dinner tonight will be healthy, and all of this week will be good food for the body and lots of workouts.
