Friday and saturday were both in the 60’s, today we have 4 inches of snow on the ground. So not cool, the midwest sucks.
Tonight, my dinner consists of only protein.
My life has changed so much over the last seven months. I’ve gone from 332.8 lbs in just August 2010 to 242.8 lbs today. I am so close to my goal weight I can taste it.
Out the door I go. Time to get things put back in place, then get some groceries. I really hope the store has rotisserie chicken today.
Ok, time to get a quick workout in before heading to the chiropractor get back, neck and knees adjusted! Woohoo!
