Weighed in this morning at 259.6 LBS. I haven’t seen the 250’s in a long time.

Good morning! Up early, so having a protein shake, then the gym at about 330am. Woo!
Ugh, I am back up to 272 LBS. Guess it’s time to shove my fingers down my throat.
Ok, time for bed. Gotta hit the gym in the early AM before work!
Got to play with a galaxy tab finally today. I’m in love.
I just ate two slices of pizza that easily totalled 1200 calories. I need to not eat this weekend.

Sad to hear that B:2, one of the best burger joints in Kansas City, went out of business.
Battery life is much improved since I wiped my phone.

Morning workout was great! Now time to shower. Weigh in will be around 7am.
Bed time it is for me. Going to hit up the gym again in the morning for more pain! Also need to find a place in KC that does DEXA scans.
No gym for me this morning. Couldn’t hardly sleep last night, didn’t want to work out on 5 hours of sleep.
Protein shake for breakfast, then gym time. Can’t wait to get my sweat on.
